Warranty Information
National Electronics will replace defective merchandise for
30 days from date of purchase.
After 30 days you must return defective merchandise to the factory, or to a warranty
station.
Any units that are found to be defective due to abuse, will not be considered a warranty
item.
No returns on software, software is replace only.
All units returned for credit must be returned within 30 days
of purchase, and be in like new condition. All units returned for credit will incur a 20%
restocking fee.
To return merchandise you must obtain an R.M.A number.

Customers will pay shipping charges on all returns to National Electronics.
National will pay UPS ground shipping charges back to the customer. |
